Thank you to all for your thoughts & prayers

We are all OK here at Forest Edge just ash everywhere and debris / fallen trees

We did experience high winds which I believe were in the region 100kph (I personally could not open the front door to the dining room, It needed another adult to assist .

It turned day into night around 5.15 pm with these winds with and red glow on the ridges around. I have never experience anything like it.

We did evacuate 90 people Sunday Morning at 1.00am to Warragul, Pics of our makeshift sleeping arrangements

We are still vigilant, as it still could return if the weather temp rises and we have a wind direction change.

I have found large bark embers and leaves around the house and everything is charcoal, as to say .

But at this time everything is favorable.

Just some PICs but it really doesn't tell the story

At the Moment re are hosting 21 CFA Guys & Girl from WA , Melbourne water board 4, CFA crews from Ottawa 23, Womera 20,Oborst 8 & 11 from IMT .
